How Secure Is My Personal Information?

Cosmaglo prioritizes your privacy and security. We do not sell, lease, or share personal customer information. All sensitive personal data is securely stored in our privately managed data center. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Why Isn’t My Tracking Information Available Yet?

Once your order has shipped, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system. Some delays may occur due to processing with shipping partners, such as USPS. If your tracking number hasn’t updated, rest assured we are monitoring your shipment and will ensure it reaches you.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday from our warehouse locations in the US, UK, and CN. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may take longer. Generally, orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped the following day. If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 5 business days of purchase, please contact us.

What If I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

If you realize your shipping details are incorrect, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, once an order is dispatched, we cannot make changes. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, a subsidized reshipping fee may apply. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address details.

Will I Be Charged Customs and Taxes?

Our prices are listed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by us. We are also not responsible for customs-related delays. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

What If My Order Is Lost or Delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits such as:

  • Easy order tracking and history
  • Exclusive updates on new releases and promotions

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more. Secure transactions are ensured with encrypted payment processing.

Are There Any Exchange Rate Fees?

All transactions are processed in USD. If your credit card is in another currency, your bank will convert the amount based on the current exchange rate at the time of processing.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion, even after payment authorization. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are subject to a $1.00 processing fee, as our payment processor charges us for all transactions, including reversals.

How Do I Return an Item?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

What If I Received a Defective or Incorrect Item?

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How Long Does the Return Process Take?

Returns are processed within 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item. We will notify you once your return has been completed.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit/debit card, funds are typically refunded within 7–10 business days after processing. Please contact your bank if you experience delays in receiving your refund.
